On behalf of The Lodge, pleasantly greets and welcomes each guest upon arrival.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Consistently opens and closes doors for arriving and departing guests.
Courteously assists guests with luggage transport when no bell person is available.
Provides prompt assistance to guests in locating taxi or other transportation services.
Takes the initiative to assist all departing guests with their luggage and escorts them to the front desk for check-out, valet parking or baggage check as appropriate when no bellman is available.
Assists with Valet services as necessary to provide quality guest service.
This is a swing Shift, which is 2pm to 10 pm or 3pm to 12am, Monday and Tuesday Off.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or G.
E.
D.
Must have experience in a guest contact position.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
